KwaZulu-Natal encompasses
an area of South Africa between Durban and the Drakensberg Mountains, and north towards
the border with Mozambique. As the name implies, it is the home of the
Zulu nation. Traditional 'beehive' huts can be seen alongside modrrn dwellings.
The most well-known town in Kwazulu-Natal is Durban, though the state capital is in fact
Pietermaritzburg. The University of KwaZulu-Natal has campuses in Durban,
Pietermaritzburg and Westville.
