Pembrokeshire
WavesThis restaurant is part of the cliftop Celtic Haven resort. Non-residents are welcome. The best reason to eat here is the view across the sea to Caldey Island, which is available from several of the inside tables, and from the terrace. The interesting menu, which appears to be Italian influenced, is enhanced by a 'Specials' board featuring fresh fish dishes. We had lunch and enjoyed a variety of salads and enticing sweets. Parking was our only grumble. There is a car park close to the entrance of the resort, but this was tiny. After speaking to local customers, we found a much larger but seemingly unsignposted car park deep in the resort itself. It's best to drive into the resort, park opposite the restaurant and ask for directions to the large car park.
