Pwllgwaelod is located on Dinas Head in north-east Pembrokeshire.
It is a tiny but pretty place, featuring a small, west-facing sandy beach popular with boating types, a nearby car park (but this was packed when we visited well out of season), separate disabled parking and toilets.
There is also a pub/restaurant called the Old Sailors which offers a variety of dishes with an emphasis on fish and other sea food (the building on the right of the picture above). This is right beside the car park and opposite Pwllgwaelod beach .
