A report from the MCS released in May 2008 lists beaches and the results
of their water quality test. A shock is that Amroth has failed this year. The results for Pembrokeshire beaches are as follows:

Blue Flag Awards
In 2007, Blue Flag awards went to eleven Pembrokeshire beaches..
The Blue Flag scheme works towards sustainable
development at beaches/marinas through strict criteria dealing with water
quality, environmental education and information, environmental management,
and safety and other services.
