About 400 privately owned, two-storey holiday homes situated in a lovely valley only 150 metres from a quiet, sandy beach. The park has plenty of grassy areas and is very popular with families. There is a bar and restaurant on site. We owned one of these 'chalets' for several years and found it a wonderful home from home for our family holidays. When we visited in Spring 2004, the new bar/restaurant - the Long House - had been built. This incorporates a shop and games room.
HOW TO GET THERE
A couple of miles down this road, turn right following the signs to the beach. The chalet park can clearly be seen as you descend the steep hill. The entrance is just after the tiny river bridge by the beach.
